My name is Ralph ten Kate. In nineteen years on the job I have acquired a wealth of experience in the world of broadcasting and Events. 
The first seven years I have spent as a sound-recorder and mixer, both in The Netherlands and abroad. After that I won my spurs as a Business Unit Manager at United Broadcast Facilities, a subdivision of the Euro Media Group. 

The last 7 years iam responsible as a Managing Director of our own company Istanbul Eventz for the Sales, P&L, Marketing and Finance. Besides that i give a lot of technical support during the events itself. 

During all those years I have learned that reliability and good service are crucial.

My name is Fidan Onay ten Kate. I am from Turkey, Istanbul.
I studied Hotel and Tourism Management in college and University. I had number of Sales and Marketing positions throughout the chain Hotels including InterContinental Hotels, Hilton Hotels and Starwood Hotels.

Since 5 years, I am on the other side of the business with Istanbul Eventz.
